Welcome to the Tarrant County Trial Lawyers Association Website!

The Tarrant County Trial Lawyers Association was founded in 1968 by a concerned group of trial lawyers who wanted to make sure maximum resources and communication were utilized to better protect the legal rights of individuals and families in their community.

TCTLA works hard to ensure that ordinary citizens have a voice in the public process to protect the Seventh Amendment, right to trial by jury. 

Requirement for membership in TCTLA: You do not regularly and consistently represent companies, corporations, utility companies and or defendants in actions filed by individuals who have been injured or damaged. TCTLA does not allow lawyers who regularly represent insurance companies or big business interests to be members.
